1. My America's Boating Club login does not work! What do I do?

I entered my America's Boating Club login and clicked "Forgot password"! It says I don't have an account!
What do I do?

The USPSonline store does NOT use the ABClub login. You must create a store account as part of making your first purchase. Use the information on that account when you log into the store the next time.

 

2. I purchased a course, but now can't find it. How do I get to it?

You can access your course(s) by clicking on the "My Learning" button in the menu bar. This button is displayed after you sign in to your store account. To sign into the site, use the email this message was sent to as the ID and the password you set up when you bought the course(s).

 

3. My ABC value bundle coupon does not work! What do I do?

Coupon codes that begin with "MB1-" or "MB2-" were issued for use at the old USPSonline store. Email [email protected] to exchange old codes for new coupon codes for the Enrolmart store. Be sure to include your old coupon code(s).

If your coupon code(s) begin with "EBB" or "NBB", please send an email to [email protected] detailing the issue you had, including any error message you received. Please include the coupon code you tried to redeem.

 

4. I am an America’s Boating Club member and I completed a course. How can I see that I’ve been credited with the completion?

If you have a valid America's Boating Club (USPS) member number when you made your purchase here, you will receive credit when you meet the course requirements for completion. As with  America’s Boating Club classroom courses you can view your completions in your record in the Member area of usps.org. After you  log in, click on the blue “manage profile” button on the right. Then  click “show training history.” Normal processing time for posting of completions is 24 hours.

If you became an America's Boating Club member AFTER you purchased a course, your training history will not be updated automatically. Please send an email to [email protected] requesting an update.

 

5. I had a problem completing the Boat Handling exam. What do I do? 
(Only applicable to Boat Handling courses purchased prior to 11/15/2022)

Once you start the exam, your single attempt is considered used. If you are interrupted for any reason, such as computer freezing, network outage etc., you will be unable to restart the exam and will receive the message "You have reached the maximum number of attempts." In order to regain access to the exam, please send an email to [email protected] detailing the issue. Be sure to include the date and approximate time the problem occurred. The course administrator may contact you for additional information.

 

6. Can I get a completion certificate for successfully completing a course?

The last module in each of our courses and seminars is a completion certificate module. This module is locked until you have completed the course or seminar. After completing the course/seminar, clicking on the Certificate link will allow you to view or download your completion certificate.
